Opening Ceremonies of the 259th Season of the Easton Farmers’ Market

Sun, Sunny, ribbon-cutting, Earl the accordionist, an Asphalt Orchestra and lots of furry friends and green foods.

This past Saturday was the opening day of the 259th season of the Easton Farmers’ Market. Local dignitaries were on hand for the occasion, as well as the newest addition to the market, Sunny, the Market Mascot. The weather could not have been more perfect. If this was any sign of things to come, this is going to be a great season! The market is open every Saturday from 9am to 1pm and features special events, live performances and, of course, the best and freshest locally-grown food around.
