The Greek Food Festival is clearly the #1 choice! And next weekend…. it’s the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral’s Food Festival in Bethlehem! Greek food, music and dancing two weeks in a row!

Just got back from the Easton Farmers’ Market. This market is SO good I’m tempted to put it on this list every week. For variety’s sake, I will resist that urge. But honestly, if I were to make a list of things to do EVERY week, this would be number 1. Here’s a few reasons why:

Local wine
Basil and Greek Oregano
Organic Spinach, Chives, Arugula and other greens
Art’s Salsa
Ridiculous Marinara (yes, that’s its name)
Fresh Cheeses
Jewelry
Homemade Soaps
Fresh Bread
So much more you just need to go see for yourself!
